AskBenefits provides AI-powered analysis of employee benefits documents to help users understand and potentially optimize their benefits. Our services include:
- Benefits document analysis and optimization reports
- AI-powered chat assistance for benefits questions
- Free Bill Explainer tool
- Paid Bill Negotiator tool (letter and phone script generation)
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Subscription and Payments
Subscription Plans
We offer monthly and annual subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
One-Time Purchases
Certain tools, such as the Bill Negotiator, are available as one-time purchases. These provide single-use access to specific features.
Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for subscription plans. To request a refund, contact us at support@askbenefits.com within 30 days of your purchase.

- Upload malicious files or content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Resell or redistribute our services without permission
- Upload documents belonging to others without authorization

You retain ownership of any documents you upload. By uploading documents, you grant us a limited license to process them for the purpose of providing our services.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORDOC LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CORDOC LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
